Adam comes from a Coaching and Education background. He is also the founder and business owner of Shear Soccer, Coaching, Education & Training. Adam has gained vast coaching experience in recent years having directed many courses for young footballers and has also completed two summers (1999 & 2000) coaching and directing  Camps and Academies for  FC Seattle  and  Goal Line  in the USA as well as a summer touring the UK as a coach for Manchester United Soccer Schools. In 2009 Adam was invited to Barbados to work at the ‘Kick Start Academy’ which included several youth international players.  Adam has also coached in several other professional clubs Community and Academy programmes and has been a Player Manager at semi professional level. 

 

Adam has worked with some exciting youngsters and his extensive network of contacts around the world has prompted him to study towards the first ever Masters Degree in Football Agency.
